Watches for Brands and Licensed IP — Developed Around Your Identity, Not Our Catalogue
Great watch collections don’t start with watches. They start with brands.
HTIMES helps established brands and licensees add watches to their range without building a watch team. You bring the brand, the IP or the idea. We handle design development, sampling and production, and plan every stage around your approvals and your launch date.
Two Ways Brands Work With Us
Licensed & IP Watches
For licensees and IP owners — film, anime, creators, sports clubs and events. Designs built inside the licensor’s style guide, approval rounds planned into the schedule, and a written record of every sign-off. Licensed watch development →
Your Own Brand’s Watch Line
For fashion, jewellery and lifestyle brands adding watches as a new category. Your colours, materials and design language, translated into watches your customers recognise as yours. Watches for non-watch brands →

From Brand Identity to Watch Collection
Since 2009, HTIMES has worked with brands and licensees across fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, entertainment and sport. We start by understanding what makes your brand recognisable, then translate it into watches your customers identify as yours at a glance.
Built Around Your Brand Identity — Not Our Product Catalogue.
Brand-First Thinking
We begin every project by understanding your brand, not by discussing specifications.
Collection Development
We help brands think beyond a single watch, building a category that grows with the brand season by season.
Brand Translation
Your colours, materials, typeface and details, translated into a watch customers recognise as yours.
Flexible Development
From semi-custom, starting on a proven case, to full custom development, matched to where your brand is today.

How a Collection Comes Together
For most brands, a first collection takes around four months or more from brief to delivery.
Brief & NDA — first week
Your brand, references, target retail price and launch date. The NDA is signed before any artwork is shared.
Design & Approval — a month or more
Renderings revised with you, and with any licensor, until the design is final.
Sample — around 30–45 days
A physical sample in final materials. Confirm your quantity now, so production starts the day it is approved.
Production & Delivery — around 45–60 days
Every piece checked against the approved sample. Once the sample is approved, most first runs are 100–300 pieces per design.
Our Work
Real brand partnerships, shown without the names, the way most of our partnerships are agreed to run.

Industries We Extend Into
Fashion & Apparel — a customer buying a jacket or a bag also wears a watch. See the case →

Cycling & Sports Brands — riders need to check the time without reaching for a phone. See the case →
Entertainment IP — fans wear what they love every day, and watches carry real margin. See the case →

What You Can Count On
Your Design Stays Yours
An NDA before any artwork is shared, renewed annually. No supplier ever receives the complete watch drawing — drawings are split by component.
One Approved Reference
Every production piece is checked against the sample you, and any licensor, signed off.
Clear Quotes
A one-time development fee per design, from around $500 and often around $1,000, plus a unit price itemised by component. Quoted after we see your design. How we quote →
Numbered Editions
Licensed and limited runs can carry a unique number on every piece.
